Variety: Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc and Merlot
Vinification Dry red wine, produced from well-ripe grapes Cabernet Souvignon from the region of Melnik. The grapes are two times selected – at the vineyard and in the winery using double storing table. It is produced sticking to an original technology, considering the potential of the grapes and the qualities desired. The grapes are picked on 25, September. Maceracion took place fer 24 days and the wine fermented at temperature 28 -30°C. The wine then aged in French barrels for 12 months and in bottle for 3 months before releasing on the market. The wine has dark ruby red colour and rich aroma with tones of ripe beriies, black currants and blue beriies. The taste is full, juicy and totally fruity, revealing nuances of vanilla. The body of the wine is long and dense, the aftertaste is long and remembering, having nuances of ripe fruit. It is suitable to be served at temperature 17–18°C with red meat, delicious meals, cheese and on its own.
