Vinification It is white dry wine, produced from well ripe and selected grapes, grown up in the Black Sea region. The grapes were picked up on 7 September. Maceration with the hard parts took place for 12 hours. The wine fermented in innox at temperature 12–14°C. The wine has straw-yellow colour with old gold nuances. Its aroma comprises the scents of citrus, exotic fruit, honey, vanilla, ripe peach and minerals, the taste is tender and balanced, having pleasant fruitness. The body of the wine is harmonious and full, revealing elegant end, density and softness with feelings of sweetness and ripeness. Its aftertaste is long and tender, fruity and exotic. It is suitable to be served with fish and white meat delicacies- chicken, rabbit, duck, at temperature 9–12°C.
