Grape Variety: Viognier
Vinification: Made from single grape variety from vineyards in Melnik region. 12 hour maceration on the grape solids. 45 days fermentation in Stainless steel containers at a temperature from 12 to 14˚C. Dry white wine with a day bright light yellow color with greenish hues. Bouquet with aromas of ripe tropical fruit and vine leaves. Well-balanced wine, full bodied with a pleasant freshness. Long and lingering finish. Its recommended to serve with fish, cheese and party food or as an aperitif. The serving temperature is about 10 – 12˚C.
