Origin: Thracian lowland
Vinification: Wine made of Chardonnay from vineyards in the region of the Valley of the Struma River. Fermentation in French oak barrels at a temperature of 16 to 20˚C. 6 months of fermentation and aging total and 3 months aging in bottle. The colour is straw yellow with beautiful shades of old gold. Flavour is explosive with rich and complex fruity bouquet of pineapple, citrus, banana and vanilla. Bodied, mild, balanced and harmonious with a long finish. A good company of salads, fish dishes, smoked fish, white meat dishes, cheese. Fine dark meat dishes at a temperature of 9 – 12˚C.
