Vinification: This wine is made of Early ripening Melnik vine variety with 25 days maceration and 12 months aging in new French oak barrels. It is a selected in the 70’s of the 20th century Bulgarian variety. Grows only in the region of the Struma River. Very different and interesting dry wine with wonderful deep ruby ​​color. It has intense aromas of cherry, black fruits with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. The taste is harmonious with pronounced varietal characteristics. Serve with cold cuts, red meats, dishes and cheeses. Recomended serving temperature is about 15 - 18˚C.
