Origin: Struma valley
Grape variety: Cabernet sauvignon 85%, Cabernet franc 15%
Vinification: Elegant dry red wine with deep red colour and typical varietal aromas of small red and black fruits and spices. Balanced, full bodied with nice soft tannins. Long aftertaste of dark chocolate with fruity finish. Aging 12months in new French oak barrels. Its recommended to serve with red meats and aged cheeses. Serving temperature - 17 - 18C.
